These terms explain how photographers, studios, and clients can use Photogram responsibly, safely, and fairly.
Photogram helps creative teams upload, organize, share, and deliver photo galleries. By using the platform, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for work you are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup, billing, and client communication. Accounts may be suspended if they are used for fraud, abuse, or harmful activity.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your password immediately and contact support.
Team owners control workspace access for invited collaborators. Removing a collaborator may limit their access to projects, galleries, and delivery tools managed inside your workspace.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Photogram. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content so the service works as intended.
You must not upload content that violates privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable law. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe it creates legal, safety, or platform risk.
Paid features, storage limits, event limits, and subscription billing are governed by the plan selected in your account. Pricing and feature packaging may change over time, but changes should not retroactively remove access already paid for during an active billing period.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features when needed to maintain reliability, usability, or security. Material changes to these terms may be reflected on this page with an updated effective date in future revisions.
